THE MANAGEMENT OF ASBESTOS

DESIGNED FOR

Designed for people who have a role to play in the management of asbestos containing materials in buildings. It is based on risk management materials produced by the HSE, with additional legal and practical guidance.  This course ensures that you are aware of your responsibilities under the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations (CAWR) 2002.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course trainees will be able to:

a) know the law relating to the management of asbestos within commercial premises;

b) assess and manage the risk from asbestos within commercial premises;

c) develop a plan for the management of asbestos;

d) implement, monitor and review their management plan;
